Town Planner is a community-based, full-size, wall-hung advertising calendar that is mailed FREE to homes in Chandler, Sun Lakes, Cave Creek, Carefree, Anthem, & North Scottsdale annually. It provides businesses an affordable opportunity to sponsor advertisements to convey their message to homeowners 365 days a year.
This year we will prepare and produce a 2013 calendar that will be mailed to approximately 55,000 homes in Chandler, AZ and a NEW option to advertise directly to 6,000 Chandler businesses. Homes in Cave Creek, Anthem, North Scottsdale, and Carefree will receive 35,000 calendars.
Town Planner provides unique and affordable marketing options for locally owned and operated businesses by reaching people within a local radius. Direct-mailed in December, this in-home, wall hanging calendar is a local favorite. While residents will love receiving this event and information packed calendar for free, it is the only vehicle that reaches and stays visible in the homes 365 days a year.
Most advertising options are too pricey for small businesses and include far too much waste.
